Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

You have 30 days to request a return or exchange for products, but we only offer store credit, valid for six months, and no cash refunds.

Custom orders cannot be canceled, and any deposit made will be forfeited if you decide to cancel.

All purchases made at a sale price are final, and no returns are accepted.

Please inspect all products upon pickup or delivery; once you've signed for a complete order, returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects.

Vanities, LED mirrors, faucets, bathtubs, and any other items do not come with a warranty.
